As I navigate my path in the advertising realm as an art director, I've identified a few key areas where a bit of fine-tuning could make a significant impact.
I can dial up my leadership game by cranking up the volume. Being a bit more outspoken and asserting my voice is on my to-do list.
Amplifying Leadership
Acknowledging a tendency to lean towards independence. While independence is cool, I'm working on finding the sweet spot between acting solo and asking for help. I usually know when to reach out, but sometimes I think keeping feelings of being overwhelmed to myself is more beneficial to my process. Maybe I need to find more comfort in reaching out.
Balancing Independence
Despite past wins in class competitions, I've realized the key to successful presentations is thorough preparation. The more I prep, the smoother the presentation goes, and the less I find myself tangled up in stuttering.Winging it is not my forte.
Presenting with Ease
Speedy work is my style, but it comes with the risk of overlooking small details. While it's nothing major, tightening up on triple-checking can prevent those minor slip-ups.
Enhancing Quality Control
I’m a quiet achiever by nature, but I recognize the importance of making my work more visible. I strive to strike a balance between quiet productivity and effective self-promotion. I’ve actively made efforts to be more seen but will continue to work on it.
