When your face is never shown, your logo has to speak for you.
Masquerade is a popular EDM riddim group of eight masked producers, the kind who move through their genre like they're operating outside the rules. The brand needed to feel like that. Sinister, unified, and unapologetically niche. The slash cutting through the wordmark isn't just a design detail,
it's a symbol of producers who go rogue and do it on their own terms.
I designed the logo from the ground up and the artists built everything around it. Colors, typography, merch direction, overall aesthetic, all of it stemmed from that one mark. Once launched it gained traction immediately, and the account has since grown to nearly 10k followers.
