Remember my message about the dragon's egg symbolizing myself when I first started at Fable? That was almost three years ago! It's been quite a ride for me, evolving from the anticipation of new beginnings to a point where I feel ready to embark on new challenges. Just as the dragon's egg hinted at the promise of what was to come, my initial days at Fable were filled with the excitement of new possibilities. Now, as I step into 2023, it feels like a new chapter is unfolding—one marked by growth, evolution, and fresh opportunities. The dragon, once a symbol of potential, has matured into a creature ready to soar to new heights (and a new office).

 

The past year has been transformative, both professionally and personally. The nurturing environment at Fable has allowed me to spread my wings, explore uncharted territories, and discover the extent of my capabilities. The metaphorical fire I now breathe is not just a symbol of my creativity but also signifies the newfound confidence, voice, and skills that have blossomed during my time here.

 

I've mentioned before my eagerness to contribute more to the team and Fable. That eagerness has turned into a commitment without even me realizing it until now. The support, trust, and mentorship from you and the entire Fable team have played a pivotal role in my time and Fable.

 

As we step into 2024, I am so excited about the possibilities ahead. The foundation laid in the past year positions us for even greater achievements, and I am fully determined to reach collective success. I want to express my gratitude for your inspiration and for fostering an environment that not only encourages but celebrates personal and professional growth.
