How I want to reach for the sky!

I want to expand beyond individual branding pieces to showcase my ability to develop cohesive branding concepts across various campaign elements. While I have bits and pieces (socials, end cards, print, etc.), my goal is to be part of more end-to-end campaigns, demonstrating my versatility and campaign concept communication. Master Cenetr is one example where I was a part of both print and tv which I am proud of but I feel like I want more of that (maybe this can be considered a part of the need category as well). 

Diversifying My Portfolio

I want to elevate my knowledge in UX/UI design to confidently declare, "I'm good at UX/UI design." Currently, I grasp the basics, but I want to transition from knowing to excelling in this area.

Proficiency in UX/UI Design

I aim to keep polishing my skills and improving my “grows”, positioning myself for the role of Senior Art Director. It feels like the natural progression in my professional journey as I evolve and contribute more to the creative process. 

Aspiring to Senior Art Director

While awards aren't everything, they serve as a tangible recognition of hard work. Applying work to more awards not only boosts team morale but also provides a marker of accomplishment, saying, "Yeah, I won this."

Contributing to Award-Winning Campaigns

I'm looking to keep the learning momentum going by exploring professional development opportunities like staying up-to-date with industry trends, attending workshops, gaining certifications, or completing courses. It's all about leveling up my skills. "Innovation hour" can help with this.

Continued Learning

I want to contribute fresh and innovative ideas for Fable to push the creative boundaries and stay ahead of the competition. I'm currently working towards this goal via the Fable branding work we've been doing.
